Health Guarantee
This puppy is being sold as a companion pet only.
I cannot guarantee height – weight – color – ability to show or breed, at adulthood.
This guarantee only applies to the original buyer and seller.
Seller is not responsible for any medical bills after the puppy leaves my home, or for any transportation expenses – nor will any money be refunded for those charges.
A replacement puppy will be given if the original puppy has a life threatening genetic defect found by a licensed veterinarian within 6 months of puppy’s birth. Original puppy must be returned to me with all paperwork transferred back to me before replacement puppy will be given.
If puppy should die within the first 6 months of life, a state autopsy must be performed and the results sent to me for viewing. If the cause of death is found to be a genetic defect, a replacement puppy will be given to the original buyer only.
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit will hold puppy until it is old enough to leave home.
